Yet change is coming, even in the traditionalist eastern suburbs. Confidence is related to self-efficacy, and our belief in our ability to succeed at something. However, Iris Nastasi, principal of co-ed Rosebank College in Five Dock, believes boys and girls should learn about each other, with each other. When you look at what causes that confidence differential, you could do it in a co-ed environment and segregate the classroom.
